Many church leaders live lonely and weary lives. We aim to provide practical and down-to-earth resources that will bring transformation and health to your church culture so you can experience the joy of ministry once again. By trusting the resources available in Christ, there is hope for sustainable change. We walk churches through a recentering process rooted in grace that reconnects leaders to the central teachings of Jesus. We help pastors and their teams get back to the priorities that matter most to Jesus. Our process is biblical—applying the Great Commission and Great Commandment to leadership relationships. Our process is practical—teachings, exercises, and experiences that release the strengths of leaders while protecting them from their weaknesses. The Great Commandment to love one another and the Great Commission to make disciples are so central to the life of God’s people that without them the church, no matter how well-organized it may be, is not the church.

Discipleship, the tremendous offer to make your life count for Jesus, is exactly what you and I were reborn in Christ for. Most of us would admit that the story of our lives has not looked at all like what we first dreamed when Jesus ran us down with His love. And still, millions of Christians simply settle.
Why? Because they don’t understand discipleship. They’ve never been shown, taught, or equipped with the basic tools necessary to mature as a believer.
That’s what Beginning in Grace is designed to help you do—by grace, through faith, and living out of who you are in Christ. When you complete this book with another believer or a small group, you’ll discover new depths of understanding of the Bible. You’ll find a new closeness to the Lord Jesus that few believers experience—because deep discipleship is rare. You will learn how to stabilize your faith, experience His love and grace, how to equip others to follow Jesus and how to become a contributing member of a local church.
