Baytown Community Church is looking for a Lead Elder/Pastor to preach, teach, and provide pastoral care (may include counseling, and visitation), church administration, and community engagement, typical of a senior pastor for a modest local church. BCC seeks a man who genuinely loves Jesus Christ and his fellow believers (Philippians 2:20), humbly seeks God's direction (James 4:10), and willingly demonstrates servant leadership, boldly leading where God directs (Ephesians 6:19). BCC is a small (75-100) yet faithful and enduring body.
